"Literally You" is an interactive digital mirror and a deliberate exploration of self at the intersection of computational logic and humanities. It uses experimental web technologies to reflect the user's digital footprint in a poetic format, actively combining raw code syntax with introspective literature.

In my research within the Digital Humanities, I often grapple with the friction between the quantitative nature of data and the qualitative nuance of human storytelling. We live in an era where our identities are parsed into JSON objects, our preferences logged in relational databases, and our personalities reduced to algorithmic cohorts. This application is a subversion of that process. By treating your subjective inputs - your literary preferences, your humor, your caffeination habits - as variables in a deterministic script, it attempts to generate a "compiler output" of your soul.

From a technical standpoint, this application is a client-side React component leveraging Framer Motion for complex, state-driven animations. The logic engine processes a multi-stage deterministic quiz, evaluating inputs against a predefined array of literary and philosophical constants (ranging from Bengali literary giants like Rabindranath Tagore to Western existentialists like Camus). It does not use any backend API or external LLMs; the narrative generation is entirely procedural, relying on strict conditional logic to build a unique prose output based on your specific traversal through the state machine.
