A Reading - Rantideb
Why: among the sun gods, Krishna is Vishnu, among lights, the radiant sun, among the winds, Marichi, among the lunar mansions, the moon, beginning a long, specific list naming the best or most essential example within many different categories.
In life: within nearly any category you're familiar with, work, food, art, there's usually a recognizable standout that captures something essential about the whole category better than the average example does.
Teaching: practice identifying the standout, most essential example within categories you actually care about, that exercise of discernment is itself a form of the perception this verse is training.
